Skiing in Braies

Ideal for families, groups and skiing clubs

When skiing in Braies two ski lifts await you, leading up pistes that offer plenty of fun also for inexperienced skiers. The small but excellent skiing region Braies is particularly suited to families, skiing clubs and groups. Its benefits: all day sunshine and a very clear layout!

The Sesto Dolomites ski pass allows you to access the whole of the skiing region Sesto Dolomites with 91 km of pistes offering stunning views. Conquer the skiing mountains of Baranci, Monte Elmo, and Orto del Toro as well as the ski area Val Comelico.

Special tip: Explore all 4 ski mountains of the highlight tour “Giro delle Cime”: Over 41 km of downhill runs with an altitude differential of 5,600 m. The tour takes you to the most impressive parts of the UNESCO World Heritage of the Dolomites and rewards you with unique views.

New skiing dimension in South Tyrol: Every 30 minutes the Ski Val Pusteria express train takes you directly to the lower cable car station Versciaco/Monte Elmo and the lower cable car station Perca-Plan de Corones (Ried). This means: Comprehensive access to over 200 km of pistes in the Dolomites! For skiing fun in both skiing regions you need the combination ski ticket Sesto Dolomites and Plan de Corones or the ski pass Dolomiti Superski. You can obtain your train tickets free of charge from your host, provided they are members of the tourist association.

Those who like to ski a different skiing area of the Dolomites every day - Sesto Dolomites, Plan de Corones, Cortina, Val Gardena, Alta Badia etc.- should buy the ski pass Dolomiti Superski : 1ski pass for 12 skiing areas and 1200 km of pistes.
