Drau cycle path: From San Candido/Innichen to Lienz

The Drau cycle path leads from all the villages of the Three Peaks in the Dolomites (Italy) along the Drau river to Lienz (Austria). The cross-border, almost 50 km (31 miles)-long path leads off the road, slightly downwards and is thus a recommended bike tour for laid-back leisurely-style bikers and families with children. Rest areas, playgrounds, refreshment possibilities and sightseeing along the path invite bikers to have a break and stay for a while. The path is well signposted and asphalted throughout.
