ARRIVALS TO PRAGSER WILDSEE LAKE
Located in the heart of the world famous DOLOMITES, the Pragser Tal valley exudes a unique charm and an almost magnetic pull. By taking advantage of public transport, visitors and guests can comfortably and relaxingly visit this Alpine paradise whilst also making a contribution to protecting the environment of this idyllic UNESCO World Heritage gem. After all, our environment is a precious commodity that deserves protection.

Arriving by public transport
Bus 422
• Guest Card holders pay just €3 per person per journey from 10/07 to 10/09/2019.
• Children aged 6 and younger ride the bus for free.
• Holders of single tickets, value cards, Mobilcards, bikemobil Cards and museumobil Cards, Südtirol Südtirol Pass, EuregioFamilyPass Südtirol, Südtirol Pass abo+, Südtirol Pass 65+ and Südtirol Pass free may use the bus at normal price.
• Carriage of animals: 3 €
Shuttle service Monguelfo - Pragser Wildsee lake (10/07 - 10/09/2019)
• Children aged 6 and younger ride the bus for free.
• All guests aged 6 and older pay €3 per person/journey.
• Carriage of animals: 3 €

State road (SS49 – E66) direction: San Candido – Dobbiaco – Villabassa – Braies (SP47)
Please factor in problems such as waiting times/traffic jams if deciding to arrive with your own car! From 10/07 to 10/09/2019, the street from Ferrara/Schmieden to Pragser Wildsee lake will be closed from 10:00 am to 3 pm. The following two options are open to visitors starting from the pay & display car park near Ferrara:
1. Hiking from Ferrara to Pragser Wildsee lake (hiking trail no. 1, duration approx. 1 ½ hours)
2. Continue onward with the bus line 442 or shuttle bus service Monguelfo/Welsberg– Pragser Wildsee lakeiii
ATTENTION:
Parking in Braies is limited!
Exceptions to road closings:
the access to Pragser Tal valley is allowed exclusively to guests of restaurants and hotels.
