In addition to the team around Mirko Pomaré, guest chef Stefano Di Gennaro from the Quintessenza Restaurant (Trani) will be swinging the cooking spoon. At home in Trani, Stefano Di Gennaro cooks together with his three brothers in their traditional family business. Raised in a farming family, the four siblings founded the restaurant in 2011 with chef Stefano as the young manager. While he and his brother Alessandro prepare the delicious dishes, Domenico and Saverio look after their guests.
