Samyr's cuisine is creative and exciting for all connoisseurs from near and far. After all, the aim is to create experiences - both for the palate and the eye.
Fresh, seasonal ingredients from the region play the main role on the plate and are complemented by homemade delicacies. The best of South Tyrol and Italy is combined with a lot of warmth and sensitivity.

Also on this evening, every plate is prepared with passion, with the aim of delighting the guests. Guest chef Peppe Aversa from the restaurant Il Buco in Sorrento, who is already looking forward to an exciting cooking evening in the South Tyrolean Dolomite region, will help with this.
