The sun terrace at the Kinigerhof at 1,399 metres above sea level occupies prime position for viewing the gigantic Sextner Dolomites. Right across from the farm, the famous rocky towers, known as the ’Sextner Sonnenuhr’ or ’Sextner Sundial’ reach up to the skies. The house speciality is cured meat: the ’Speck’ from various different pork cuts, cured beef, sausage, salami and cooked ’Speck’ are excellent. The many herbs and berries from the farm garden used in the cooking add a special touch. The farm also takes Farm Holiday guests. Open all year around. Closed on Mondays from December to 21st March and over the Easter holidays. In May and October open on Saturday and Sunday only. In July an August as well as Christmas and February always open. From 1st November until the start of December closed. Advanced booking required.
