Welcome to the Weberhof. Great hospitality, the best local products, popular specialities and delicious new creations: this is how guests are pampered in the family-run restaurant in Dobbiaco. Hotel manager Hans with chef Stefan Profanter and his team serve hearty, rural specialities and alpine Mediterranean delicacies.

Quality and sustainability are the top priorities here. The majority of the products come from our own production. These include the farm's own quality meat, crisp lamb's lettuce and tasty organic potatoes from the fields. The remaining ingredients are sourced from farms in the immediate vicinity or farmers from the surrounding area. This guarantees the high quality of the food.

This is also what guest chef Gianluca D'Agostino from the Veritas Restaurant in Naples wants on this evening. From dishwasher in London, he soon became a star chef in southern Italy thanks to his great talent.
Already in his childhood he could learn a lot from his grandparents in the local fields and in the butcher's shop. This influenced him greatly in his handling of food and his appreciation of regional products. So topics like 0 km, slow food and high quality ingredients are very close to his heart.
