One valley - one beer
Since its foundation in 1999, the company Pustertaler Bier S.r.l.
deals with the cultivation of barley and the production of malt and beer for processing.
The own barley, obtained from the Val Pusteria, in the first years - until the end of 2011 - greatly contributed to diversify beer.
