The Winkelkeller - located in the historic village centre of Dobbiaco since 1987 - brings original Tyrolean food prepared according to traditional recipes and ingredients to the table. An unforgettable piece of South Tyrolean freshness!

A suitable setting for this should not be missing, because the motto is: good food needs ambience. Selected wines in original rooms and gothic vaults from the 17th century - a historical-romantic experience for connoisseurs with good taste.

On Thursday, 8 October, chef de cuisine Lukas Hackhofer and restaurant manager Bernhard Gastkoch Christian Milone will be giving a warm welcome.

Christian Milone is a former professional cyclist and has been a cook at the Trattoria Zappatori in Pinerolo since 2006. He tells about himself, having transported dedication, sacrifice and strategy from sport into his kitchen. He wants to improve with every dish.
Early on, he decided to do only what he was passionate about. The dishes at the Trattoria Zappatori are a composition of his experience. His taste, his thoughts and his hands are the tools that allow him to transmit his feelings to his guests.
