Biggest "devil show" in South Tirol and party in Dobbiaco
Due to current safety regulations, this year's Krampus run will not take place in the village center, but on the grounds of the Grand Hotel. The new venue offers optimal conditions for the required safety measures and allows everyone to continue experiencing the traditional Krampus run and custom safely.
Program
- Route: The procession starts at the train station parking lot and leads past Hotel Union and Aparthotel Germania to the Grand Hotel Park.
- 2:00 PM: The event grounds open, with musical entertainment setting the mood starting in the afternoon.
- 5:45 PM: Arrival of Saint Nicholas.
- 6:00 PM: Start of the big Krampus run.
- Afterwards: Party with DJ in the park and festival tent.
Admission: €10 for ages 10 and up
Route
By CarFrom the North: Munich – Rosenheim – Kufstein – Innsbruck – Brenner Motorway – Brixen exit – Pustertal State Road into the Upper Puster Valley (Hochpustertal).
From the West: Reschen Pass – Bolzano – Brixen – Pustertal State Road into the Upper Puster Valley.
From the East: Tauern Motorway or Felbertauern Road to Lienz and onward into the Upper Puster Valley.
By Train The main connection is the Brenner line (Innsbruck – Bolzano). Change trains at Franzensfeste (Fortezza) to the local train into the Pustertal and ride directly to Toblach (Dobbiaco).
💡 The Grand Hotel is within easy walking distance from the Toblach train station.
